The Fermenting Cellar is Distillery Events’ largest event space.  With its industrial look, constructed in 1859, it maintains its limestone walls and timber beams.  The venue provides a distinctive blank canvas at 7,500 square feet, with 20-foot-high cross timbers that open into a 32-foot-high lofted roofline.
